A red woolen surcote, sleeveless. It is done with two side gores, each divided by a false seam to give the impression of four gores. Wide neck opening. |

Final touch: a little red hood to match the surcote. Done in a standard pattern with an inset triangle in front. It is wider over the neck area than an adult's hood would be. |
